Raquel Miller

Raquel Miller was born in Jamaica West Indies and emigrated to the United States at the age of nineteen. She lived life like every day was the last and during her time on earth she accomplished many things. She graduated from Queens College with two bachelor's degree one in English and the-other in Philosophy. She worked many jobs but eventually she founded a few different businesses because she was an entrepreneur at heart and most proud the founder and CEO of Bunchful, a business she loved and poured herself into during the last seven years of her life and worked tirelessly for its success. Even after being in the hospital, she still found time to work on some aspects of the business from her hospital bed.

She was one of the most positive persons I knew and although she had been diagnosed with this rare disease, she always thought the end results would be for her to recover and in time, one day would write her story about her struggle with this rare disease. She fought a good fight to the end but on May 29th at approximately 7PM, she lost the battle as this rare disease consumed her body at the age of 53.

She leaves behind many relatives, her mother Gloria Lewin, her brothers, Paul Miller, Labaster Miller, Hugh Miller, Donovan Miller, Roger Lewin, Greg Lewin, her sisters, Alafeya Miller, Donna Miller, her aunts, Beverly Miller, Tina Miller, Jenefer Brown, many uncles, Keeling Miller, Basil Miller, Michael Miller, many cousins, Winsome Hamilton, Terryann Cowan, Melissa Cowan, Kimona St Jacques and a myriad of friends but most prominently in her and with her during her final days were Cavel Duckett and her husband, Gloria Chan, and David Javidan and his wife, her special friends whom she worked in the past.

Memorial services will be held at the on Saturday. A funeral service will be held in her honor on Saturday, June 14th, from 1-5 PM at:
