Jennie Carozza

Jennie Carozza, was born on July 1, 1930, and departed from this world surrounded by her family on October 9, 2025 at the age of 95. As we take a moment to remember and honor the life of Jennie, we reflect on the indelible mark she made during her time with us. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends.

Jennie lived a long fulfilling life and was the heart of our home and family. Born in Brooklyn New York, she is survived by her son James Carozza, daughter-in-law Karen Carozza, daughter-in-law Linda Carozza, beloved grandchildren Janine, Michael, James, Christopher, Elizabeth and 10 great grandchildren.

Jennie enjoyed cooking especially on the holidays. She was an avid reader, a great conversationalist and loved her coffee. But her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and fostering a loving supporting environment.

She treated my wife Karen as her own daughter. The two of them created a strong loving bond over the years.

She was a second mom to my sister-in-law Linda after my brother Raymond passed away. Like everyone who she came in contact with she offered Linda her support and encouragement. After my Aunt Jean passed away, she became a second mom to my cousins Richie, Jeanie, Rosemarie, and Barbara. She was one of the most kind and gentle souls anyone could meet on this earth.

God has given us all the gifts of time, talent, and treasure. There is no one that I know who has used these gifts more to contribute to others throughout their life than Jennie Carozza.

Jennie’s legacy lives on through the family she adored and the many lives she touched. Her spirit will remain with us always. She will be dearly missed and never forgotten.
